Benton-Franklin Council of Governments: Transportation Programs Office

The 2011-2032 Regional & Metropolitan Transportation Plan (RTP/MTP) replaces the 2006 version of the plan. First adopted November, 2011, the plan was revised in Spring of 2012 to extend the metropolitan planning horizon two years and address issues related to fiscal constraint.

The document is available by individual Chapter/Appendix at this time. Refer to the Table of Contents, to locate your area of interest. Files provided at the links below are DRAFT, until officially adopted by the BFCG Board (anticipated for May, 2012).
