As the RTPO prepares for our 2011 Regional Transportation
Plan, we are anxious to hear from the public about their habits and
perceptions of our transportation system. We appreciate your
time in completing our Transportation Survey that can be accessed by

COLUMBIA RIVER BRIDGE
CROSSING STUDY
The Benton-Franklin Council of Governments (BFCOG) Transportation
Office is putting the final touches on the scope of work for the
Columbia River Bridge Crossing Study - More information to
soon be available.
RIDGES TO RIVERS OPEN SPACE
NETWORK
The Benton-Franklin COG, along with other local
agencies, have been working toward a plan for the open spaces within
and surrounding our community. The "Ridges to Rivers Open
Space Network of the Mid Columbia Region" has as its mission to
produce and implement a plan for a region-wide network of open space
based upon citizen involvement, city and county planning policies,
and regional recommendations. For more information about the
